- Our client portal complies with IRS Publication 4557, “Safeguarding Taxpayer Data” and the health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPAA).
- Your electronic tax data, workpapers, and associated files are saved on a secure cloud drive that requires 2-step verification to obtain access to the files.
- Any hard copy documentation provided to us is returned to you via Federal Express, UPS, or USPS priority mail tracking or directly to you in person.
- Any paper copies of sensitive client data are shredded for disposal.
We restrict access to personal information concerning you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information.
